Tour of a local dairy farm and its production areas with a tasting of the different traditional cheeses (and cow’s milk) combined with local jams and honey.
Tour of the underground caves in Sogliano traditionally used for aging cheese with a tasting of this unique product (and other cheeses that derive from sheep’s milk) combined with different kinds of honey.
Visit to a local farm and country inn with a tasting of its wine, seasonal fruits (peaches, cherries, apricots, etc....), oil, savor (a traditional preserve made with a variety of fruits, nuts, and pressed grapes), and a typical country-style snack.
Tour of a local olive press with a tasting of its extra-virgin olive oil, wine, and jams.
