1st day: Morning arrival in Portico di Romagna, a small medieval town on the Tuscan border that holds a 2005 Touring Club orange flag.
Lunch at a gourmet restaurant in town. Afternoon open to possible excursions to San Benedetto in Alpe. Tour of the ancient Abbey allegedly founded by Saint Romuald. Possible brief tour of Bocconi, a village made up of interesting medieval edifices immersed in nature.
Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel.
2nd day: Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Dovadola, a center of religious devotion. Tour of the Monte Paolo Sanctuary and of the Benedetta Bianchi Porro Foundation.
Lunch at local restaurant that serves revisited regional cuisine.

1st day: Early afternoon arrival in Galeata, a town in Tuscan Romagna. Visit to the Saint Ellero Abbey and tour of the neighboring town of Pianetto, and its important Museum of Archeology. Winetasting at a local vineyard and winery.
Dinner and overnight stay at an inn in Civitella di Romagna.
2nd day: Breakfast at the inn and excursion to Santa Sofia, near Ridracoli, to hike the trails of the Foreste Casentinesi National Park.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, it is possible to visit the “Hydro” Museum, an interactive exhibit dedicated to water, and the impressive Ridracoli dam with an optional boat excursion.

1st day: Morning arrival in Forlimpopoli, the hometown of Pellegrino Artusi who compiled the first official book of Italian cuisine of the 1800s. Tour of the Museum of Archeology located within the walls of the imposing fortress, and the Servi Church where an important work by the Renaissance painter Marco Palmezzano is displayed.
Transfer to a local inn.
Lunch at the country inn.
Afternoon open to the various sports and leisure activities available at the inn (bike rental, mountain-bike track, exercise-course, five-a-side football, volleyball, ping-pong.)
Dinner at the inn, which offers local food products and produce. Overnight stay.
2nd day: Breakfast at the inn and tour of Bertinoro, the “town of hospitality”, which has become renowned for its vineyards and wineries. Guided winetasting tour of a local vineyard.
