This wine is made from grape Bombino bianco
, grown on the collie of Cesena and Forlì in a limited production.
It owes its name "useful to pay off debts" to the great productivity and resistance of its barriers that even in bad years guaranteed farmers the opportunity to cover the costs and debts incurred during the year and comply with the terms agreed in the word, called "Pagadett."
The wine Pagadebit has a pale color with greenish or slightly golden straw. It has a fruity and lightly floral smell with good intensity and pleasant persistence.
The taste is dry with excellent freshness and herbaceous aromas with light floral notes.
It is very good if matched with pasta and risotto with fish and traditional Passatelli. Excellent pairing with the main courses of meats and grilled fish.
